What's new

  • In-bot support. No need to leave for email — your question is sent directly in Telegram. The reply arrives in the same chat with a «Reply» button to continue the conversation.
  • FAQ before the form. Before writing to support, the bot offers five common topics: payment issues, PRO activation, reset progress, changing language, and deleting data. If the answer is there — no need to write anything.
  • Error report button (PRO). The «⚠️ Report error» button now appears on the answer screen in flashcards and after answering in Quiz. Choose the error type and optionally add a comment — the report reaches the team immediately.
  • Ticket queue for admins. The /support_queue command shows all open requests as an ordered list. Each has «Reply» and «Close» buttons. Tickets older than 24 hours are flagged with ⚠️.
  • Support state survives restarts. The active ticket map is rebuilt from the database on bot startup — Telegram Reply routing doesn't break after a restart.

How does support work now?

Open Settings → Support. Instead of a «Write» button you'll see five topics: tap yours and get an instant answer. If your question isn't on the list, tap «My question is different» and type freely.

A reply from the team arrives directly in the bot within a few hours. Next to the reply — a «Reply» button if you need clarification.

How to report an error in a question?

During practice (flashcards or Quiz), after opening an answer, the «⚠️ Report error» button appears. The feature is PRO-only — a safeguard against spam and a guarantee of quality reports.

Choose the type: wrong answer, translation error, or outdated information. Then optionally add a short comment. The report reaches the team with full context — question ID, text, and your comment.
