What it is
In Daily Quiz the bot mixes questions from all topics. Topic Quiz lets you pick one topic and go through only that. The questions have four answer options: after each one you see whether you were right, and the explanation opens with the «Details» button.
Which topics there are
The set of topics depends on the exam type you chose. Among them:
- History
- Traditions
- Geography
- Symbols
- Famous people
- General
Next to each topic the bot shows how many questions it has for your exam type. The largest topic in every type is history.
How many questions each topic has
The number depends on the exam type. Only multiple-choice questions are counted, because Topic Quiz is made of them:

If a topic has few questions
The bot only offers counts the topic actually has. If a topic has fewer than five questions, there is a single button with all of them.
Which questions the bot serves first
First the questions in the topic that are due for review: ones you got wrong or have not seen for a while. Then new ones you have not opened yet. So going through the same topic again does not repeat the same questions, and when nothing is due and the new ones run out, the bot tells you the session is complete.
What happens to questions you already know
A correct answer does not remove a question for good: the bot brings it back later, and the gap grows each time, first a day, then six days, then longer. A mistake brings the question back the very next day. So Topic Quiz on a topic you have covered serves the questions that are due for a refresh, not everything in a row.
Topic Quiz or topic choice in Mock Exam
Mock Exam also lets you pick topics or weak topics, but it is a test: 20 questions in 10 minutes with no hints or explanations. Topic Quiz is practice: there is no time limit, you see the result after each answer and can open the explanation. So practise a topic in Topic Quiz first, then test yourself in Mock Exam.
How to use it
- Main menu → Topic Quiz.
- Pick a topic.
- Choose how many: 5, 10 or 20 questions.
- Answer. Your answers count towards statistics and the review schedule, just like in Daily Quiz.
You can change the exam type right from the topics screen with the Exam type button: the list of topics updates for the new set.
How to find your weak topic
Open My Progress → Statistics. Each topic of your exam type has a bar and a readiness percentage there, the two weakest are marked with an arrow, and at the bottom the bot suggests where to start. That is the topic to take into Topic Quiz.
When to use Topic Quiz
- My Progress shows the topic with the lowest score.
- Mock Exam showed mistakes in one topic.
- Before the interview you want to go through one topic in full, for example symbols or holidays.
How to fit Topic Quiz into your week
An example for people who practise every day:
- Every day: 10 Daily Quiz questions and mistake review in Error Deck.
- Twice a week: 10 Topic Quiz questions from your weakest topic.
- Once a week: Mock Exam, to see whether the topic has improved.
- When the topic has caught up with the others in your statistics, move on to the next weak one.
