    PLTest is an independent educational service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any Polish state authority. All materials are for informational and educational purposes only.
  

1. General

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the PLTest educational Telegram bot ("Service"), provided by Oleksii Hiria (individual, "we", "us").

By using the Service you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

PLTest provides educational materials, practice tests and reference information covering topics found in Polish residency and citizenship examinations (Obywatelstwo, Karta Polaka, Stały pobyt).

The Service is strictly an educational tool and is not:

An official source of information about examination requirements
Legal or immigration advice
A guarantee of passing any examination
A product or partner of any Polish state authority

3. Account

A Telegram account is required to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Telegram account. We do not store passwords and have no access to your Telegram account.

4. PRO Access and Payment

Some features require a paid PRO subscription or one-time payment. Payments are processed through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and is responsible for payment processing and VAT collection in accordance with EU law.

Available plan types:

All plans — one-time payment, no auto-renewal. 89 PLN — 30 days of access, 199 PLN — 90 days, 299 PLN and 499 PLN — unlimited access.

5. Refund Policy

PLTest provides digital content with immediate access. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m) and the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta, Art. 38 pkt 13), the right of withdrawal does not apply — you confirmed this at the time of payment.

No refunds are issued, with one exception: if PRO access fails to activate due to a technical fault — contact us and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund. See full details: Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All Service content (texts, explanations, question structure) is owned by PLTest or used on a lawful basis. Copying, reproducing or distributing Service materials without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for:

The outcome of a user's examination
The accuracy or completeness of educational materials
Changes in examination requirements by state authorities
Telegram outages or technical failures

Our total liability to you in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for:

Automated data collection (scraping, parsing)
Reselling or transferring access to third parties
Any unlawful purpose

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts at the place of business of the Service provider.
