Refund Policy

No refunds are issued. By purchasing PRO access, you explicitly agreed that access to the digital content begins immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m).
1. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
PLTest provides digital educational content (tests, explanations, spaced repetition algorithm). Under:
EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m) — the consumer's right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

At the time of payment you confirmed that PLTest PRO access is provided immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal. This is standard practice for all digital services in the EU.
2. Exception: Technical Failure
If PRO access fails to activate after a successful payment, or the Service is unavailable due to reasons beyond your control — please contact us. We will resolve the issue or issue a refund.
This is the only basis for a refund.
